Comfort Inn can be a hit or miss. I've stayed in some that I will never return to or recommend, I've stayed in others that I try to rebook any time I'm in the area. This is one of the really good ones. I will absolutely stay here again if in the Buckhannon area. The facility was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good with options for low-carbers like myself. But the most important thing about a room to sleep in is a comfortable bed and this location had one of the top 5 most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. So important! And so appreciated!

it’s clean. the staff was great when we got locked out of our room after breakfast. the door battery died?? we were locked out for about 2 hours. we were in the pool so when we noticed, we were soaking wet with 2 babies & no diapers, wipes, or milk for baby. i didn’t even have my car keys. just my phone & our wet swim clothes. it was horrible for us, but they gave us no compensation/discount for our stay.

The room was spacious, CLEAN, quiet and comfortable. They had a large variety to choose from at breakfast, and the breakfast area was very clean also. Check in staff was very friendly and pleasant. I just was very impressed after a year of traveling more than usual. This was the 8th hotel I have been in for the past 6 months, and it was the most comfortable and clean of them all!

They had. everything ready on our arrival. We had indicated we would be checking in between 1 and 2 am and they were waiting with keys ready when we arrived at 2am. Just had to initial and sign and go to sleep.
